KYC Update

This week we've visited Estonia. We've started the company registration process. We let you know as soon as the registration is ready. We'll provide you a link to the Estonian Company Registry so you could always check that.

Estonian officials doesn't have the paper documents anymore. However HitBTC requires the paper document to confirm the registration. As soon as Callisto Network appears at the Company Registry the notary prints the registry confirmation and certifies this document.
 
We've ordered the Legal Opinion at 2 different law firms. Therefore we'll have it signed by 2 different lawyers. That is really important as Legal Opinion is required for the HitBTC listing.

Company registration - 960 €
Tickets/hotel - 820 €
Legal Opinion - 0.54 BTC

I hope the team will quickly solve the problems with the organization. This has a bad effect on the price of the coin.

Problems in the team or not, but the price is getting lower and lower. And the most negative in this fall is the decrease in the volume of trading. I understand that the exchanges are small but trading a couple bitcoins per day with such huge fees when tokens are selling looks very bad.
You need something to change or you will simply lose the last investors. And without a community that supports nothing can be obtained.

Thanks to Nikita efforts we’ve finally had a conversation with Dexaran. That was not easy. Sorry for the mess in the Russian Callisto chat yesterday. This was the only way to force Dexaran to reply us after being absent for more than a month. Dexaran has read our message which was sent to Yohan initially (when Dexaran was away) and replied to us.

Dexaran doesn’t want to give any governance to us or somebody else. He has clearly told us that only the two founders: Dexaran and Yohan are leading the project.

In such situation, we (Nikita @Sneg55, Mikhail @DuDlik, Gleb @Bor) don’t see any place for us in Callisto project anymore. We are not interested in being employees without the voting rights. We absolutely have no idea how this project which is intended to be public and community-driven can be lead by the anonymous person who is online once a month.

We hope you all understand what have we done for Callisto. Nick was pushing hard the last couple of months trying to take care of everything. Gleb and Mikhail has spent 3 last weeks working on the project. They have tried to organize the teamwork. However, that was quite impossible without full control.

Everybody is wondering what is happening with HitBTC listing. Well, as you know, after the Yohan’s approval the company has been registered in Estonia with Mikhail as the only founder. All legal documents required for listing have been ordered. We have paid for everything from our pocket. Yohan wanted to compensate our expenses. However, we are still waiting for this to happen. Everything is expected to be ready in a couple of working days. We are ready to give this company and all the documents to Yohan or Dex or another person they choose as the CEO of course.

For your information: Mikhail and Gleb has received nothing for their work.
