2 of my boards stopped hashing for my S9.  Rebooting didn't fix the issue.  So, I opened a support ticket and mailed my miner.  There were 2 US repair shops available.  I picked the one in California.  According to the UPS tracking website, the miner was received last week, but according to my repair ticket, the status is still "Uncollected".  I noticed a phone number for the location which I mailed it to.  I left a couple of messages and the person finally got in touch with me.  He said that its the wrong number and that he has never heard of Bitmain.  The addresses on the bitmain website are listed below.  Has anyone else shipped their miner to one of these shops and had it returned?  I'm worried that my miner is gone for good.

I have sent hundreds of RMAs to the California facility. I actually have about 240 s9s there right now for repair. You will have no luck contacting the local company, all of your contact needs to be through bitmains support center.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
