Is it me or did someone turn on the automatic stabilizers on Bitstamp?

Over the last three hours, the price has stuck to a $3 trading range, even with the occasional 100 coin trade occurring.

Maybe its that all the speculators are sitting out celebrating the Chinese New Year?

Over the past week volatility has also been way down.

Does anyone suspect that someone is "managing" the price?
