I remember I've read an article about a cartel manipulating the prices of btc, the same way different cartels try to manipulate the prices of other valuable commodities. Maybe they've just lifted their control over the prices, because the movement really looked like it was free after being held for months.
Cornering the market is rarely a profitable idea. Normal speculative activity of buy walls or whatever is not infrequent and not especially disruptive so long as competition and markets are open which is true with Bitcoin. Its a global market for starters, the only negative I see is miners are less distributed then years ago and I think distribution helps stability. Although there have been many attempts to corner markets by massive purchases in everything from tin to cattle, to date very few of these attempts have ever succeeded; instead, most of these attempted corners have tended to break themselves spontaneously. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornering_the_market

The soar would only happen after it breaks the triangle and move further.
Don't pay too much attention to all these terms. In the end, everything the charts tell you makes sense till it doesn't, if you understand what I am talking about. This market depends on too many external and speculative variables, that you more likely than not won't be getting what you are aiming for. If it was all that easy, most people here could be seen as successful traders, but that's not the case, and I am glad that this market doesn't work like that. Even the most experienced traders and investors have to admit defeat occasionally, and that's all fine and normal since luck isn't something you can correctly time to have it play out in your advantage. In easy terms, we are all more or less equal to each other.

Well obviously it will continue to rise. The past few months was just a normal crash, nothing out of the ordinary.
everything about the drop was out of the ordinary! it was nearly a 70% crash and it is never normal to see something like that even for bitcoin! a correction is natural but the size of it matters. the drop below $10k was last straw that broke the camel's back and basically removed the buy support but only temporarily. now that buy support is coming back and with it price is rising back up to normal levels. It was not really out of the ordinary, we should even say the rise in price itself last year was out of the ordinary and this was just the after effect of having a situation like that where nothing is driving a price except for speculations and people getting greedy. However, the market is looking good for now and we expect to see how it is going to end up doing in coming days. Too early though to start thinking of things too much for now, looking at how the market has been in the past few months.

That's what I like about this market. Even with serious manipulation happening, we can benefit from that as well, which is something most people here don't seem to understand. People keep blaming for deep pockets playing the market, but the only thing these people do is play themselves, which is the funniest part. If you invest in this market, and think everything will play out in your favor, you are obviously not in the right place. This market, depending on the situation and sentiment, ignores most traditional market laws, which is why all the traditional experts and whatnot failed to put their nasty finger on this market like they know how it works; the market storms through like nothing we have seen before, and that's exactly what people love about it. All these traditional naysayers slowly become a believer in the technology and how it can transform traditional markets into something fitting in current digital time frame.

There will be no doubt that bitcoin will certainly soar again but the million dollar question is "when". We all know bitcoin has the bright future. It means it will have huge prices in coming years. So, at any time bitcoin may start soaring again like how it performed last year.

No I personally don't think it will soar again any time soon. It's just languishing at the moment. Neither up nor down. Then it might surprise us with a big change.

Yeah, it has really been some positive moves lately and it is good we are getting to see bitcoin showing some pretty good moves so far. I expect us not to start a quick rally immediately anyway as this may be some time we will get to see bitcoin consolidate for a while. Still trying to see the behavior of the market anyway but it seems the altcoins are ready for a bounce first and if we get to see this happen, it surely will be a sweet ride for the whole market in general. No I personally don't think it will soar again any time soon. It's just languishing at the moment. Neither up nor down. Then it might surprise us with a big change.
If you are believing into the surprises from bitcoins then it may happen at any time soon. Get ready for it.

That's true the most question is when, as obvious no one can answer it will soar again. But I think this year btc will increase as this time it is moving up. As long people will believe on bitcoin the demand for btc will increase but I am positive price woll soar agaian.

yes basically bitcoin will bounce high again but it takes a long time not for now, maybe in the next few months, if see current development is not very mature, maybe there is any doubt for bitcoin lovers? I also do not know, because bitcoin will be greatly developed if the volume of demand increases, of course, is in dire need of trust for bitcoin.

It's showing positive signs, but we don't know whether or not this rally will be the start of a new bull market. Most likely not, even though people seem to think that this rally is "here to stay" and is going to continue. Bitcoin has indeed continued its steady price growth for 8 years, however that is completely unrelated data in this case. I don't doubt that bitcoin will continue to make its way up in the long run, but here, we're talking about bitcoin's movements in the short term. I don't think that bitcoin will necessarily see a major bull market any time soon, at least of the magnitude of last year's bull market, simply because we're still consolidating and market sentiment isn't that bullish right now.

The market has been in downfall since the beginning of this year and I think this is the first time that many experts has started to agree that bitcoin is about to get bullish again. I hope this actually play out and many people that bought high will actually recover they capital and make some profits.

And then when we all thought that we are already out of the woods and can breathe a sign of relief, here comes the bears clawing back and trying to wrestle the market again from the bulls. So far though the price is less volatile compare to the previous months, but it doesn't mean that we won't see any downward trend in the next couple of days. Maybe most investors renewed their interest, maybe some of them are not totally sold on what they are seeing. Its still a long way to go and maybe we can really see the sentiments of the market when we get over the $10000 barrier and judge if their will be a imminent bull run or not.
