1. Have necessary skills & experience in the area you are applying for, not just anyone can apply. 
2. Have some available time to put into the project, be available for at the least 90% of team meetings 
3. Be prepared to take part in KYD 
4. Know that your time and work shall be rewarded based on a reasonable payment framework that we are yet to establish.

As you have read, all the hired team members will have to go through KYD (Know Your Developer). You will also NOT have to work for free, but the payment scheme will have to be established.

We are a community that took over the Fornix (FIX) coin project after the old developers dumped their coins and scammed their investors. As a community we have taken a new direction for the coin in the form of a Decentralized Exchange or DEX.

The Team is aware of the importance of the white paper. Currently their main focus is the swap so that previous fix investors can get on the new platform. Once that is done I am sure the white paper will follow shortly after. I do believe it's in their road map on the website.

From my understanding of the project, it will act as a gateway to a multitude of other platforms that use their own token. You can swap and exchange REL/Token without any tx/exchange fees, using that token for the platform you selected and visa versa.

Personally I hope this gets some good traction for the sake of all the previously disadvantaged FIX investors.

Reliance is still in its infancy. As written in the 1st post, the community took over the Fix project, which turned out to be a giant scam. There is no whitepaper at the moment because Rel just launched and the team is still very small. Everything will come in due time. If you have questions, please just join Discord as we're not monitoring the ANN 24/7.

In case anyone is wondering, a single MN is generating aprx 36-72 REL per day.
Using an average reward amount of 55 REL per day at today's current price, that's about $8.33 daily.
Get in before bigger exchanges, imo...

Latest annoucement from Soj on Discord for those who don't check Discord often :

@everyone as you aware our primary use case for REL will be a DEX built on EOS technology. If you have been following the news on EOS, you will be aware that they have had a few hiccups recently with regards to their launch. Our end goal is still the same, to have the fastest DEX on the market, but we are realistically looking at a target date of Q2 2019 for this to eventuate.

In the meantime, to ensure the more immediate usefulness of REL, we are looking to pursue other real-life use cases as short-term initiatives (while progressing the DEX in parallel).

Our first short-term initiative will be opening soon, and it will be a crowdsourcing site run completely on REL (when our DEX is live you will be able to instantly send funds and trade to different currencies that you earn from the crowdsourcing platform).

For people who are unfamiliar with crowdsourcing (Talent as a Service), it is the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from a large group of people and especially from the online community rather than from traditional employees or suppliers.

What this means is if you are looking for someone to help you with a work PowerPoint presentation, for example, you will be able to list your task on the site, and only qualified people will be able to view and apply to help with your task. You will then be able to select who you want to work on your project (each user will have a rating and reviews from previous work). You will also have an agreed price (in REL) for the task involved and once the task is complete it will be reviewed and then if you are satisfied, you sign off and provide a review of the work. The review-based system ensures a high quality of service, as people working on our crowdsourcing site have incentive to do their very best (people are more likely to give jobs to service providers with higher reviews).

On a side note, we currently need to come up with 0.5BTC to swap/fork on Crypto-Bridge. This was explained by lordofcrypto in the #annoucement channel on discord:

This is a quick announcement and update on what is happening and where we are with REL

1. As we set out to save the community from Fornix and swap to REL, we relied on the community for support and funding out of which we had the REL blockchain and wallets developed, listing on CB paid for and MNO listing fees. 

2. As time went on, we realised there was an issue with the existing REL chain and wallet and this would require us to swap again into a wallet that is based of the PiVX codebase, something we could not do in the first place due to lack of funds, however, we felt that the community that REL had been building would be in a position to help us. 
3. The DEX had to be put on hold after the EoS flaws were discovered, and can only resume after the EoS flaws are addressed by the EoS team. 
4. Crowdsourcing platform, we had developers for this, but, with the falling prices of REL, they opted to be paid in BTC and not REL again leaving us in a predicament considering all the funds within REL and community generated 

Where does this leave us now 

1. In order to move forwards a swap needs to be done, costs for this are at 0.5BTC SWAP/FORK cost at CB which you can verify here - https://crypto-bridge.org/addcoin.php Dev charges - 0.1BTC (he has been really generous and knows the mistake was at his end and agreed to fork at a minimal rate) TOTAL - 0.6BTC 

2. DEX - Still waiting on EoS, but, this will also require funds in the future which will need to be discussed within the community 3. Crowdsourcing - Cost 0.5 - 1 BTC depending on the complexity and integrations of the webapp with the REL blockchain. 

We do have some volunteers to develop the platform, however this takes us back to point 1 on the swap still being an issue. 

As a community coin with little budget, 0.6 BTC is quite a lot. I have organized a giveaway for those who wish to help out by donating a little bit in the #giveaways channel. It goes like this:
