I read many different points of view about the hearing: some people thinks that the US Senate is giving green light, some others are not happy because of regulations.

What is your opinion?

some others are not happy because of regulations.

Anyone who thinks that is living in a magical fantasy land. Of course the US Government isn't going to just ignore potentially billions of dollars changing hands and/or leaving the country.

The hearing went about as well as it possibly could have IMO.

I voted positive.

Although it was exactly what I expected it would be if it ever happened. But because there are so many paranoid libertarians in the early adopter crowd, I call it a big positive.
