It’s too early to talk about a good time to buy, I don’t see the price change the trend, we are falling all the time and it has been going on more than half a year. The market has come to life in recent months, all projects where fruitful work is being done have grown up relatively to their lows, but I do not observe this in UBEX. There they rolled out a story about their difficulties, but I think that they needed to be thought of before the fundraising. |
