stores go down to $25. the markup (as a percentage) goes up the lower the card as the fees and time spent to get a  card do not change from a $25 to $500 card. markup as a dollar amount i treat all cards the same

this changes based on bitstamp / coinbase rate but at the moment a $25 card would be 0.037407 (I do not have these on hand but it wouldnt be a problem to pick one up the next time i am out)

you're in Ohio.. if I showed up with BTC would you pay cash @ Mtgox for BTC right now? if not you probably know why it is not realistic to ask. there is a difference between using the rate of a place i can have dollars from within a few days (bitpay and coinbase as mentioned in the first post) and an exchange which might someday get dollars to me but seems unlikely (the cause of their artificial high price)


rates are based on bitstamp or coinbase whichever favors the buyer +an amount to cover the fee of whatever method you want (for example a moneypak costs 5 dollars to buy) +a small fee for my time

i believe i could purchase the reloadable style cards (and sell you the reload cards) BUT you would be responsible for setting up the identity on these cards as they require that to be used
