Secondly, creating documents like whitepapre, bluebook etc. we kept in mind that we need someone who has an experience in this sphere. That’s why we invited Benedict O’Leary who has 3 years of experience working in Booking.com as a business development manager (and 10 years of experience in other companies related with travelling). Ben helped us to fix our  business model. We’re still working with him and we will work with him when entering the market!
