I sent .1 BTC to my new satoshi dice acct to see what it was all about. I anxiously awaited the arrival of my BTC, however it did not show up after 3 days. Since then, whenever I load the site, I get a 404.

Did this happen to anyone else? If so, how did you get your BTC back?

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Well they don't steal it is a bug. Tell a staff member through live chat, they'll fix.

If the site 404s whenever I load it, how am I supposed to contact a service rep?

Go to https://satoshidice.com/?stage=1 and read it. After reading that, I guess all you can do is just wait at the moment until it is fixed or smth.
