this is the best way as the facebook can close your account at anytime and if you bought an account
you can not open it without the person who bought the account from it so make a new account by yourself

Its very much difficult to convince facebook that you own the account when they finally test who your friends were after they recognize the account is login from another IP address. They have this AI that will determine the changes even the postings and interests of the previous user. You can't get away with facebook with a bought account anymore.

I don't know if it's illegal or not, but I think it's very dangerous. My advice is that you should create a new account and then click all "add friends" to everyone, it's very efficient to increase the number of friends in a short time
