Limit orders not filling on Bitstamp?

Is anybody else having the same problem on Bitstamp where the order book is frozen and limit orders are not filling?

By looking at http://bitcoinity.org/markets/bitstamp/USD I see that many trades are being made on Bitstamp, but they are not showing up on Bitstamp's order book when I'm logged in, and my open orders are not getting filled even when the price hits it.

Never mind. It appears they're just having delays filling orders. Mine finally filled after many hits on the price. Their order book was frozen when I placed my order, which could've been the reason for the glitch.
