My opinion is that altcoins are still dependent with Bitcoin. We can prove that by looking at the most recent bearish market. Bitcoin's price is also dragging down the altcoin market. Altcoins are still growing and maybe in the near future, there is a huge possibility that they will take control of the market. For now, I can conclude that Bitcoin is still on top.

To be truly honest both of them are very useful because we can benefits in using it the way of earning but if i will be given to choose a better one i will choose bitcoin as usual than altcoins because in the first place it is very popular all over the world so that's why many investors will invest it and it will take control of the market.

Currently marketcap bitcoin about 37%, whereas last year marketcap more than 50%, this proves that altcoins also have the potential to beat bitcoin, and if we note then some coins rise rapidly ie ethereum and EOS.

All ICOs are in the process of using BTC, ETH as a means of payment. Atlcoin developers are also based on BTC. I do not think Atlcoin can grow on its own. You can see when all the Atlcoin on the floor can not keep their prices as during the pre-sale. I do not agree with you about the evidence you give.

Altcoins are absolutely reliant on bitcoin for their esteem. So in no way,they could take control over the market.Also altcoins are very unstable and I trust that nobody puts resources into it on a long haul premise. Marketcap of altcoins absolutely may be greater than bitcoin's, however its not only a few altcoins and many altcoins together add to such a greater market top.

There is no other than bitcoin which can lead and control the market. First, bitcoin is the first coin and the standard coin of all currency so I think it serves as the guidance of other coin in market. Bitcoin is better compare to altcoin which has a very unstable value. And also, without bitcoin maybe the cryptocurrency will be 'idea' to others. |

My opinion is that altcoins are usually just a big market, but for the most part bitcoin is a bridge between them. The atkoins still depend on Bitcoin. We can prove this by looking at the latest bear market. Typically, if you want to buy altcoyins, you need to buy bitcoyne, and then use this bitcoyne to buy altcoyins. It's hard to find places to buy altcoyins straight. I believe that this is what makes bitcoin and etherium in particular so great from the point of view of all other altcoins. While there is a system for buying altcoyins using bitcoins and etherium, it is highly unlikely that altcoins will outperform bitcoins.

I really don't see any Altcoin beating it from the title very soon. But if Altcoins can be not dependable on Bitcoin then it's power will be ripped off. But the question is which Altcoin can pull it off and is it even possible?

Hello everybody. I think it will not change much, - as was the leader Bitcoin, it will be. After all, in order to buy altcoin, you need to have Bitcoin, hence the crazy demand for Bitcoin, not to mention the fact that more and more are being invested in digital gold every year.

Bitcoin has more value it the market so would say it will take control in the market. Altcoin will ever be the 2nd coin follwing bitcoin which is the king. But we cannot predict he future, maybe there are some coins will be born and it might surpass the two coins that are making history right now. |

The king of cryptocurremcy will always take the control in the market and that is Bitcoin, Altcoin will never surpass bitcoin and will be always in 2nd place. But we dont know what gonna happen in the future, maybe there are some coins will be rise and it might overcome the altcoin and if possible the bitcoin. |

If there is no bitcoin then there will be no altcoins. But we have to admit that each coin or token on market plays a important role to contribute to the market up to now. I think you can't compare them in this way
