Does the 4 hour browsing period start AFTER you make a post? I've done plenty of browsing but I only realised I needed to post about an hour ago .....and so I'm still wasting away here in newbie prison  |

Yup, it's a limit for Newbies. Once you get out of Newbie jail, you get lesser wait time between posts. I believe I'm 60 seconds per post right now. |
