If you stay and monitor every price change all day long you'll get tired pretty easy.
Check it once twice a day , have an alarm for extreme price change and go out more often

I second that - am a spec forum junkie too...  Oh dear - the hours I spend watching charts, reading posts... Other half thinks I have lost it.
