and also, it's not my fault that I called them with something that doesn't have anything to do with merchant. I EMAILED them like 12 times and not one single response. What am suppose to do? They are not going to risk their pristine reputation on such a petty amount.

100 BTC is nothing compared to what they make.

They are buying and selling millions of US dollars in BTC per day.

Did you try tweeting them?  They usually respond swiftly when you tweet.

They may have thought you were a troll if you spammed them / prank-called (not accusing you).

Compose yourself and try contacting via support on-site, twitter, or e-mail.

Like I said it's unfortunate this is happening but you didn't lose your money.

they might be a business, but they are far from legitimate.. and yes, they did scam many peopple.. CONbase is right.. i've been waiting 2 months for my $180 coins they have yet to deliver that they took money out of my account for and took a 7 day free loan on.
