mt.gox problem with email verification

i signed up more than 2 hours ago, from italy, and im still waiting for my email verification to certify my account.
well, it takes so long or am i having a problem? dont know if im in the proper section so sorry in advance

I think it could be just a sign of what is to come. I am just trying to figure out if there is any way to get either USD or bitcoins out of my account on mtgox.
