I write for a site called VegasMaster, and I came across an interesting article about Bitcoin casinos. The article mentions a study which predicts revenue growth for sites using this virtual currency. They base their claim on the fact that the value of Bitcoin currency continues to increase. For example, at the time of the survey (I’m not sure when exactly), each Bitcoin was worth $120. That number has now gone up to $700 according to the article. Any thoughts/predictions?

Yes, the advantage for owner is you dont need to pay gambling licence to "allow" you run the gambling site.

For customers the advantage is no ID necessary, so no silly age restrictions, and lower house edge because of the above

I don't think that this will continue to be the case for ever...

It's definitely going to be interesting to see how it evolves.  Maybe in a couple years time we will be seeing full bitcoin casino interfaces with a little avatar character that can walk around the casino to different games.  Hell, in a decade maybe there will be real life casinos that can take bitcoin.  That would certainly be interesting.  I'm sure all the lawyers would have fun figuring that one out.
