Every token is supposed to have a direct working product which it will be used for or service. But that has not being the case with most ICOs as they have been created just to make money.

as simply, Tokens shame like Alt =  Alternate cryptocurrencies. Surely you cannot send bitcoin to bitcoin beucase there is was different of algorithm. Just need a bit research about what different between Bitcoins - Altcoins.
