Not sure, maybe the next big rise will come from Litecoin since Max Keiser starting mentioning it on his show.

It's certainly possible that Bitcoin could reach $1000 in the next 3 days, but quick run ups tend to lead to steep corrections and long consolidations.  I would prefer to see it gradually move up to $1000 over a period of 7-10 days, a more sustainable rate of growth.
