Opening new thread because the issue is different from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=270716.0Dear Bitstamp clients,
We are pleased to inform you that Bitstamp has successfully resolved both (1) the networking issues that made our site unavailable and (2) our issues with our banking software.
Bitstamp has caught up with all pending deposits and withdrawals. Only standard banking processing should remain in delivering your transfers. We kindly ask our customers with pending transfers to remain patient and refrain from submitting additional support tickets on the matter to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards, The Bitstamp team (source: http://www.bitstamp.net/news) Has anybody so far reported not being able to WITHDRAW funds from Bitstamp?
Yes! Still no wire from Bitstamp. Request date: 12/11 amount: $21k they replied to my support ticket (deposted a few honderd euros more than 2 weeks ago) and askedmy to send a bank statement. I did that and now they are looking into it. Hope it will be resolved soon!
In my case a friend has a SEPA deposit to BitStamp that was executed by his bank on the 19th. No news so far. He opened a support ticket. I have one that was executed by my bank today. I'll report when I get news. Please do the same. NB: BitStamp has never failed me to date and has always communicated issues promptly. I hope we can bury this thread soon. NB2: I have no support ticket for my transfer of today, of course. It's too early to open one. Hopefully I won't need one. EDIT: My deposit confirmed 22.11.2013. EDIT2: My friend is such a n00b. He never sent the money. He assumed BitStamp was going to take it automatically from his bank

Guys
I still haven't received an international wire transfer for $21k from Bitstamp (wire transfer was requested and processed on Nov, 12th). They fail to respond to my support tickets as well. I have also tried to ask them to order an investigation from their bank (and charge me a fee). No response at all.

I have waited over a week in the past, after withdrawing 5k from Bitstamp back in april. It is not much to worry about yet. Plus they admit having had some serious issues in the past few days, and having gotten them fixed. If anything, they've shown great communication to their customer base, and are probably swamped in support tickets right now.

At this point my tinfoil hat theory is that all of the transactions from Fri 15.11.2013 have been lost, and they are going through the logs manually to figure out what was sent/received.

Yes! But my transfer was requested and processed on Nov 12th (3 days prior to that crash) Update: bitstamp responded with the phrase "we are working on your issue".

I wired in 5k today, was in my account within hours.
Via SEPA? I sent a SEPA on the morning of November the 19th and haven't recieved funds on bitstamp yet. My Last SEPA from the same bank was credited in less than 24 hours.

Withdrawal of 1000 USD just confirmed. That is within a few hours. Lol.
Will probably see it on my account in the next few days then, will keep you updated but I thoroughly believe Bitstamp has it's shit together, unlike Gox.

I had no issues. Put in an international wire from the US online Friday night after bank hours. My bank didn't send it out until Monday morning so count that as the start time. Got the money credited and exchanged for BTC Wednesday afternoon. Probably gonna send another wire this Monday too unless they're having widespread issues but it doesn't appear so.

Hi guys,
I realize this is an old thread, just wanted to throw in my two cents. I've received two withdrawals from bitstamp before, and had one sepa-deposit received to my account in just a matter of days.
Now however, I've been waiting for over a month for my sepa-deposit of 1400€ to be credited to my account. I got a response to my ticket more than two weeks ago, promising that they'll look for my deposit. After that, nothing - no response to my further inquiries. I suppose they're just busy, but it's a lot of money for me..
> Edit, received my funds on 31st of December. Thank you Bitstamp! Communication wasn't perfect and it took it's time to be solved, but in the end all's good.
