Want to use up my PayPal balance and buy some bitcoin. Have previous trade history on here and localbitcoins.

Will pay MtGox or Bitstamp rate, which ever is higher. Only looking to deal with other who have positive previous trading history.

People don't like PayPal because of chargebacks and so on

Yes I know but I've traded paypal before and there might be someone interested. If not, no loss.
