I was very much keen on making use of this new way of passive income generation but I am facing a very much bitter experience from one masternode coin : condominimum. After lots of hours of research, I decided to go for my first masternode set up with CDM but now it is trading less than 10 satoshi in cryptophia whereas when I set up it was trading around 200 satoshi. Then what will be the use of getting rewards out of masternode running ? I am sorry to say, masternodes are turning a new way to scam us. I may be wrong. Because I have choose a little known and not a reputed coin. But, I found that coin from a reputed masternode analysis site and I prepared a lot of checklist before concluding to go with that coin. If a coin is famous then its ROI is not good. So, I like to suggest that we should not look for top 5 coins on MN set up. Just fix a budget and find a coin then try it. It is another gambling and you have only 25% for your success, I am saying from my experience. |

I don't know much about masternode. I never invested in masternodee but I had invested in masternode coin for staking purpose. I had bought Snode coin just because it was PoS and offering 10% rewards. I had invested a sum like $800 and got a return of $1k. I have had a little research on it and it seems a good one to me.

3. PIVX
4. DASH
5. NEM
I also heard some news from SUQA project that they will make a new Masternode called SIN. SUQA Infinite Masternode. I don't really know how it is work yeat, but there are already some article covering this thing. And I am really interseted in this new masternode.

The other choice for Pivx and Dash is expensive for most but that's how you'll get decent return for having a masternode. |

Read these discussions and explanations; What will happen to ETH when it goes POS?What will happen if Ethereum moves to the Proof of Stake? |

The amount of ICOs in 2017 flooded the market and the number of MNs did not do something similar because we went into a bear market, but if things were like in 2017, we would probably have more problems and headache with MNs. The latest projects have nothing concrete and basically are PIVX and PoS/MN forks. And usually the marketing teams are the same people, which creates a lot of suspicion! Because of these problems, I don't own coins MNs.

I think Dash is a good choice and if you want a low price masternode with low supply you maybe can choose XLR, they have own exchange and maybe can hit a good price over time.

My choice: ETH NEO Utrust BMC Banca I think in the autumn these coins will bring me a lot of money.  I do not think that any of these coins support masternodes  . You simply written down 5 random cryptocurrencies right? What about DASH? Do you have enough money to set up DASH masternode?   |
