is there anyone want to sell the bitcoin in Chinese market?

you know ,the recent market has different exchange rate now.
Almost
India: 45389INR (721USD).
China: 5000 RMB (819 USD).

there are 13% rate gap between the two market. 

we can start do something:

1.buy Bitcoin in India local market and transfer the bitcoin to my bitcoin wallet.   -- You
2. Sell it in Chinese market and transfer the money back to you.  -- I will do this .
