Hello mate, sorry for asking this, because i am little bit confused about your country Pakistan, is there an exchanger in your country for cryptocurrency? Based on your post, you need a buyer in your ETH, which is good because you use an escrow to prevent from scammers.

Anyway good luck for the deal, hope you can find the buyer of your ETH, maybe one thing i can suggest is that find a local buyer also which resides in your own country so that there would be no language barriers.

In my country, Philippines, we have a local exchangers here, so its easy for us to exchange our cryptocurrency into a fiat currency, so its better for us here for buy and sell of cryptocurrency.
