Now why Bill is interested in Quark of all Currencies: 1. because he understands economics and money systems
2. He like many others has a concern around the "centralization" issues of Bitcoin
3. He feels that Bitcoin went from "virtually unknown" to Mined with ASICS (specialized hardware) his own words.
so i explained the distribution method of the Quark system :
he likes the idea of a "Grass roots" type Crypto currency that can not be cornered by a very few people -
this can not be done with Quark as I explain as the distribution was effectively done by computers the price has been depressed and now anyone can have Quark.
he also asked about a fiat exchange.
He has an address and is thinking about talking about Quark in an up and coming video .
