Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Of cource he is a noob that's why he used a .exe file instead of pdf/word or a phishing page. His server size was 6mb and it wasn't even crypted. He wasn't playing he was just trying hard to find some fool and steal his money, and funny thing is his file was downloaded 7 times.

www.buycoins.in - Has any one traded here? Few of my friends and myself was wondering is this site genuine, as to many emails sent to the address provide on the site not a single time its being responded. Further there is no more details about the site other then the FAQ. Has anyone traded and if yes how was your experience?

I still don; tone thing about this. How did he get to know that you all had localbitcoins account in the first place.?
Even if you used the same username, how did he find out your email address and phone number (unless you have advertised it publicly somewhere)

We have a "Selling BTC" ad on localbitcoins.com My ad had been running for a week, and I have done 2 genuine transactions thru the ad. Had posted my phone number for trade inquiries, which really helped, until this dude came along.
