However, there're many wallets on 2018 roadmap of different ERC-20 tokens like SelfKey Identity Wallet (which is going to release tomorrow). Very soon, we'll have more alternatives available.

For ECR20 wallet.. I did advice you use imtoken wallet... Easier to use, with personal passwords and mnemonic phrases... It cannot be easily hacked and the wallet can be transferred if deemed necessary.
For other wallet i can recommend neo wallet.. Also reliable
