Bitstamp.net + Astropay stolen 500USD from my wallet

My patience is over.
Support from Bitstamp is sickest ever..

I've made ​​some deposits at Bitstamp, always using the same bank account and Astropay instant deposit feature, it worked normally, but 1 of them got lost and did not arrive in my bitstamp account.

I want back my 512.50USD that was deposited on 11.25.2013 using Astropay. (I need this money urgently!)

Support answered me once, saying that the problem was in AstroPay. AstroPay send me some data showing that payment was processed on their part. I have already submitted this information to bitstamp support and never heard back from them.

Thanks all, today 12/12 a guy named DAMIJAN MERLAK @ Bitstamp solved my problem. After many, many emails sent to both parts at the point of AstroPay contacts Bitstamp, my deposit was processed manually.
