Eth is in the pause now and Btc is not so strong as it was too. I consider that there are becoming less competetive cryptocurrencies to each other.

Ethereum is not a threat to bitcoin, you might want to look at the charts and the way the prices of the coins have being moving recently, bitcoin was on a recovery but ethereum did not follow the same trend, instead it lagged behind. Not saying ethereum is not a good coin but with the way that the coin is moving now there is no way that it can be a threat to bitcoin.

It is really a threat to bitcoin because it is the next altcoin to bitcoin. It is the top second highest value in the crypto market. If bitcoin will continue to go down, then surely ethereum will replace bitcoin in the market.

Ethereum can never be a threat to bitcoin. If you look at the yielding and price increasing rate of both bitcoin and ethereum recently, you will see bitcoin is better. Ethereum price going down rate is very high and it will still go down more than its price now; while bitcoin has had little stability in its price. Bitcoin is highly used and demanded due to the trust people has in it as a long term investment coin. So bitcoin will always be the number one crypto currency and ethereum can never be a threat to it, not even other coins can be a threat to it.

Absolutely, it cannot be denied that Ethereum has the potential to defeat bitcoin. But it seems that it still needs to take quite a long time, if seen in terms of price alone Ethereum is very distant with bitcoin. |

Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin? Yes it is. We all know that ethereum was created by a russian programmer on 2013, and it was launched on 2015. After 3 years it is next to bitcoin in terms of popularity and value.
Let me show you some NBA perspective on this, bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency right? same as LeBron as the king of NBA. But here comes ethereum the prince of cryptocurrency just like Ben Simmons as the prince of the NBA. The prince will dethrone the king on the eastern conference finals same as ethereum that will dethrone bitcoin in the next couple of years. Wether we like it or not the king will reach its limit. Mark my word. Trust the ethereum process!

Well, i can personally say that it is not a threat to Bitcoin because it acts like a supporting Alternate Cryptocurrency to Bitcoin. Yes it may surpass its value but calling it a threat that can eradicate Bitcoin, that is different. Ethereum is one of the best Alternate Coin due to its platform being usable to other Cryptocurrency too. If it gets recognize and gets awards like Bitcoin did, its value might increase even more.

Ethereum is a coin that is growing fastly recently because of its widely usage as ICOs payment blockchain. It has acquired a lot of popularity and potential for it to be great in the future but it is not a threat and can never be a threat to bitcoin because it has no required potential to even reach bitcoin level yet not to even talk of displacing bitcoin. So ethereum is doing good on its own while bitcoin too is doing good on its own but ethereum is not a threat to bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best crypto currency and ethereum can never be a threat to it not even all other altcoins.

That's not a threat, why? Because Bitcoin is not dependent on ethereum, and all Ethereum wants is to be independent and gain a foothold in the world. So they have different ways and they don't threaten each other.

In the coming years, the Ethereum will definitely not be able to overtake Bitcoin by capitalization. This is because Bitcoin is safer and more reliable than any other coin. I do not think that the Ethereum will beat Bitcoin, maybe after a while, but now it's hard to believe it.

I think not just ethereum is threat in biycoin all currency want to replace bitcoin thats and they working hard on it. But i think thats not our problem its the owner currency problem. Our problem is how can we grow our profit.
