Long time lurker, made an account because im hoping someone can help me out.

I sent my eth to the Alibabacoin ICO a while back, but never received any coins.  im a new yorker, so im worried it might be because im an american. has anyone participated in the ICO and actually got their coins?  The website is https://www.abbcfoundation.com/
