could somebody make a nxt web copy of the New York Times

if this can be implemented,it will be good news to Chinese.

I heard nxt will have a p2p function.  In my mind (which doesn't know much) it would be possible for a person to copy the webpage into a file, date the title, and then people could search for it and download the page.  This could be done with lots and lots of webpages as long as somebody in a file wall free country was willing to make the file to upload.  Does anybody think this is possible?

When there are parallel chains with website data on it - does this even work? Who will support such huge chains and run a node? Shouldn't we focus on storing magnet links like torrent files on the chain instead of magically storing the internet on Nxt?

Tell me if I'm wrong but this sounds like fairyland.

AE question: should I have been allowed to place an asset sell order for 1,000,000,000 NXT? It could never technically be sold, but I suppose it doesn't hurt anything by creating an order beyond the finite amount of NXT available. Right?

NXT = 994,731,283.00, correct? So the ceiling should be 994,731,282 + 1 (fee).

I placed a buy order for 1,000,000,000 nodecoin (more than what was issued) at .01 for a total of 10,000,000 NXT (my account balance is only around 22,000). The AE (or the client) should have disallowed this, right?



edit: ok, after the blockchain updated, the order status went from 'tentative' to simply disappearing.

I have just updated FreeRider to include a 'nxtTestCases' class, that allows scripting of NRS queries, and a Win6 that has  basic buttons and text edits to disply results.

I am currently running a test where 1000 BID orders are issued with increasing prices in increments of 0.01Nxt

as per CfB, jetty uses a queue wirth max length 50, so that qeuries are discarded whenever this queue is full.

Ubuntu, needs Qt4, python requests module, and python3
