Strange things happening.

Sent some NXT to my new account because it has a more secure passphrase. Everything seemed fine, NXT showed up on new account.

But suddenly all the NXT are gone from the new account showing an unconfirmed transaction back to the account it came from. But with the same transaction ID.

Restart client, this is due to interference with other branch which is longer. We have to mine a longer branch to get rid of this issue.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Just out of curiosity, do you think this current DDos comes from banks, government agencies, or bitcoiners?

I think it's Luke-Jr but this is a pure guess.

Modus operandi is the same.

Had never heard of him.  Now I have.

It's said two months ago he said Peercoin is scam coin, then I was surprised!

I respect anything has innovation, including bitcoin, peercoin, nxt.

We stand on the shoulder of the gaint, and also we build innovative matters.

@bahamapascal: I manually kick all peers not running 0.4.7e. Since then my blockchain is up to date.
Ah ok...maybe I should be using  0.4.7e. as well? I thought that was only for VPS and I am using my notebook right now, but I will give that a try
Thanks

Thanks BloodyRookie, that did the trick!
Happy:)

Am I supposed to use blocks.nxt and transactions.nxt from the 0.4.7e archive?  Cfb said "The archive contains blockchain, use ur own files." so I deleted them.

I put a copy of 4.7e at http://209.126.73.170/nxt_4_7e.zip

Could somebody make sure it works properly?

1. If u have correct blockchain files then use ur own files
2. If u have incorrect blockchain files then use files in the archive

I'm running 0.4.7e which seems to be following the block chain but is showing "Recent blocks [-355]" and "Orphaned blocks [449]", is this normal?

/nxt/webapps/root/WEB-INF/web.xml

look for localhost or 127.0.0.1 inside the file, you will find the correct lines
