1. Can you get the audio file she recorded to overlay it? Would be much better.
2. Don't focus on the copycat thing too much when you talk about the flaws we put in to the source code. Nerds like open source and free distribution. Focus on the auditing part.
3. Why did you mention only your site ("prisonorfreedom.comslashtexasbitcoinnextcoinwhatevernooneunderstands"), was your goal to get clicks for your site? nxtcrypto.org and mynxt.org would have been nice. Now no one goes anywhere when they hear the video.

Is related to 3: Please summarize what the technical benefits for our mainchain are by having parallel blockchains (besides the point that we can 'offload' features to other chains)

It makes Nxt the ideal "platform" to experiment with new blockchains and to test new ideas without risking failure to the main chain (alts are now being used to trial ideas that might be useful to Bitcoin because they simply can't risk trialing anything with Bitcoin).

Does this mean all the existing coins including Bitcoin can be pegged with Nxt to run? What would be the benefit for them to peg with Nxt if it is true?

NXT Funding Committee Election Certification Data

On election night, the elected candidates are announced, there are victory and concession speeches, the TV cameras get turned off, and everybody goes home.

Except that there is more to do.  

Certifying an election is the important (and boring) last step.  There has to be transparency in how the election was run to make sure nobody cheated.  Especially in elections run by a crazy dictator like me.

So here's what you need to certify the NXT funding committee election.  Below is the list of 500 ballot election codes I got at  ElectionBuddy.com and who I sent them to.  The first number is the ballot code number, the second number is where the person I sent it to stands on newcn's list of top 500 thread posters.  A 000 in the second column means they are not on newcn's list and so requested their ballot code via PM to me.

I made some mistakes in sending the ballot codes out over the several days I was doing it.  A few people sent me multiple PMs and I didn't realize that had happened, so I responded with multiple ballot codes to them.  Some took advantage of this to vote multiple times and others didn't.  I also sent two ballots to landomata for some reason.  I think he was a stopping point on a list I was using one night and I didn't start at the right place on that list when I came back to it later the next day.  This "misindexing" may have happened a few other times, I'm not sure.  Finally, I sent a ballot code to 4747...888 after his huge bounty announcement, and got a PM back saying he had already voted with a code I had already sent to his everyday use secret-identity account.  

That's the generalities, here's the specifics:  I sent two ballots (181 and 394) to crazybonkers, and he only used one (394).   I sent two ballots (222 and 389) to Forobitcoins, and he only used one (389).  I sent two ballots (040 and 074) to landomata, and he only used one (074).  I sent two ballots (068 and 384) to qbd1313, and he only used one (384).  I sent two ballots (145 and 388) to superresistant, and he only used one (388).  I sent two ballots (248 and ??) to 4747...888, and he only used one (??).

Those above were the good guys.  There were also those who took advantage of the situation.  I sent two ballots (120 and 378) to Eadeqa, and he used both of them. I sent three ballots (100, 369 and 385) to vitvert, and he used all three of them.  

So there were three ballots that shouldn't have been cast:  369, 378 and 385.  Since the margin of the closest win was greater than three votes, these errors do not invalidate the election (whew).

Finally, I will send a copy of my ElectionBuddy password to all candidates so they can verify the list below is indeed the correct list of ballot codes.  I would post it here, except that emule would change it to lock everybody out.  So just the candidates get it.

If nobody contests the results of this election within the next 7 days by pointing out problems in this provided data, the election will be considered certified by default and its results will stand.

This was a successful election and now the NXT community has elected spending committees.  

One of the reasons this election was successful is because boring data gets posted at the end of it.

I've been a proactive supporter of NXT due to its unique features offered to the community; however, I would like to see NXT become something websites adopt.

I'm not quite sure what you mean.

If NXT can achieve a high tx rate, it would be beneficial for your business to integrate with the NXT network.

I think NXT's best chance of achieving fast transactions is to offload them onto a parallel blockchain which is secured selectively by large stakeholders using high end hardware.

Sounds good except for the centralizing of the Par. Chain unto stake holders. Is there no other way to  secure the Par. Chain than this? Maybe different grades of forgers, different grade accounts for people with different grades of equipment ? Maybe the Par chain could be run by miners?

I am not a tech guy, I don't know if this is really possible. But I don't like the idea of central servers, if that is your suggestion. If there is another way I would prefer not to depend on selective stake holders.

Architectural design. NXT parallel chains are dependent on NXT's core design. NEM has a different design. That's what "written from the scratch" means.

ok, could you not set it so it forges automatically in the background while playing?.. since it takes so little power they wont even notice or care if they are forging?

You want to secure the network with it. Just say it

RFC: Parallel Chains concept

Only TL;DR version, coz noone would read a full one.

Master Chain

Contains only checkpoints of all slave chains. Checkpointing is done once a day and only when 1440 blocks r built on top of the corresponding slave chain. Master chain is never pruned. Growth rate is [32 bytes * numberOfSlaveChain] per day.

Slave Chains

Contains only 1 type of transactions. Different currencies can be implemented as different chains. Forgers can choose what chains to secure. The market balances TPS rate.

Migration plan

Create slave chains that implement all transactions types existing in Nxt. Add a new type for checkpointing. Reject attempts to include non-checkpointing transactions into the master chain.

Side-effects

The Chinese could use a separate currency inside their borders for very high TPS rates. Only checkpointing transactions have to bypass Great Firewall of China. Speculators provide currency exchange service - the business they love to do. NXTs become "tokens", users buy them for fiat to spend for fees, it's similar to prepaid coupons/tickets for provided services.

Finally, after some thought, I believe the idea of CfB  is compatible with the idea below. but with some adjustement.

I like the idea of parallel blockchain.

On one "fast" Blockchain:

- By limiting forging power to 1M nxt, we can ensure that at least 1000 fast nodes can manage TF with high TPS. Transaction that have to happen really fast (AM, important transaction, etc.) can take place on such blockchain. High premium quality hardware would be needed to ensure the stability of this blockchain.
 
On another "regular" Blockchain (there can be more than one):

- Transaction that don't require to be fast can unload the "fast" blockchain for which rasberrypi could be use to secure the network.

As long as in the client, the user can choose on which blockchain to broadcast his desired transaction (different cost associated to broadcasting depending one the quality of the hardware supporting the blockchain), then high TPS could happen within the nxt network if the user decide to use "fast" premium quality network for specific important transaction.

What do you think?

Parallel blockchains, same NXT tokens?

EDIT: sorry did not understand question at first. Yes, with SAME nxt tokens or coins on the various blockchain.

If using same nxt token required atomic blockchain transaction and is to complicated to be implement (it might be even slow as some stated). It might be simple to use different currency on the different blockchain, BUT as long as for the user in the GUI client $everything is denominated in NXT unit$ so that in the end, the user don't see the technical details of different currency for different blockchain. That would be attractive and possible I think. The price to broadcast something will then always be some amount of nxt.

As CfB state, "The market balances TPS rate." so the amount of NXT require to broadcast transaction on specific slave Blockchain would depend on the "quality of the slave chain" (i.e. the quality of the hardware supporting it)

Agreed - don't go there - "people in glass houses should not throw stones" (PoS is a game of chance also - maybe you have misunderstood how Nxt works).

Ok, so no added bloat but also no added security or what ever to the mainchain? There is no interaction between the main and the parallel chains, it seems (besides this little AM / period)?

Dumb question: What is the difference between NEM and these parallel chains (besides these little AMs)?

Architectural design. NXT parallel chains are dependent on NXT's core design. NEM has a different design. That's what "written from the scratch" means.
