Hi guys, yesterday i tried to withdraw 490 Innova coin.  A friend of mine did the same and his transaction went through in a few mins.
Mine is still in the state of processing.
I opened a ticket and made a forum post in the cryptopia forum. I am getting ignored.
Has anyone made the same experience? What can I do?

you need to call attention to them and show that you have rights and you should not be treated with disrespect when you are not breaking any rules on their site.

first step is wait another 2 or 4 days to see if they respond to you and solve your problem if they do not solve your problem in four days, then create a thread in that section:  Scam Accusations and you must ask some member of the DT (default trust) to help you

Same problem here

Withdraw of ETH after 6 hours still processing, while a transaction later made it in minutes

Wanted to buy a coin, but in the meantime price has risen another 10%,

No answer or reply from support ,only stating it takes 12 days on their site

I've did withdraw XVG today on cryptopia. The withdraw is processing while 6 hours... There is no maintenance or problem with XVG. This is too bad for a market...

It's not bad for the market, but just bad for the people using that exchange, and they have only themselves to blame for. I seriously don't get it why with everything that has been going on for more 6 months now, that exchange is still relevant today. Once again a sign that people don't bother to do research on everything they get involved in, which is a shame. If they spent as much time doing research as they do complaining about everything, these things wouldn't happen. On the other hand, with how regulations force people to verify themselves, these exchanges will eventually become their only alternative, so the problem is likely going to be worse....

There are some coins which can only be traded on this exchange this is why some people will really go directly to this site or exchange even they are aware or not on its past and its recent issues. They dont have choice but to transfer and sold their tokens but for those who have idea i dont know why they are still going back or leaning to this exchange. If they dont like future or potential problems to be faced then better leave it and go into other exchange.
