could you guys use another pool or eveything ok spread the hash a little bit ?

I'm not mining it, just happened to catch this thread. (can't sleep)

There's one miner in there getting almost all the shares, and the pool is getting almost all the blocks. They could use another pool but are there enough people mining this to even matter at this point?
