Looks like they deliberately wait until the train has left the station so they can then complain that the train left the station without them.
Yes there's probably two groups complaining:
1) There are always people left behind on the station. Some people might get in on time for the next "train", but just as many will be left behind. So it's different people complaining every time. This is why a block chain reset is pointless.
2) Some people are inherently risk-averse and would never get into a new train, though that doesn't stop them from complaining afterwards. Somehow they feel they should have the same benefits even though they don't take the same risks.
