Has anyone had problems with mtgox losing their btc on withdraws and never sending it? I was trying to send to a bitpay address and it shows they took it from my account but block chain shows no transactions to the address it is supposed to be going to.

Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Submit a ticket to their support. I had the same problem, transaction had to be manually broadcasted.
