System will work like below :

I will prepare a quotation for your ERC20 wallet tokens and send to you.
IF you accept my offer you will send tokens to me I will send ethereum that I offered in my quotation.

I would like to know, by what parameters will the price for the tokens of which there is not yet an exchange be formed? Or the price will simply be thought out? And why do not you do it through EtnerDelta? After all, there you can also trade tokens of the project where the ICO still does not end, or there is no listing on the stock exchange.

what is their use if they are shit coins , also why dont you ask seller to trade it on etherdelta .
on etherdelta seller will put sell order and you can buy that , simple . no middlemen needed , no escrow fees , only minor txn/trading fee .

No I may buy from you cheap and I may sell it to a little bir more higher price. For tokens that are not found around : There are main 3 parameters : 1st : ICO presale prices 2nd : ICO benchmarks and activities after sales 3rd : Remaining time to release on exchange As I already mentioned about etherdelta, I am already using it but not everyone has ability, knowledge or time to use it. |

Sounds like a good opportunity to look at, in the near future, based on my understanding in your criteria, maybe you wanted to store and hold coins which are soon to be performing in the exchangers later on, well thats great, maybe you can earn a lot in your strategy, but how about when the tokens will be died, i mean the developers will disappear? you might get loss in your invested time and money in your case? Well it depends maybe, you can update us here, about the status on your strategy, so that we can try it too.

I am interested what you have and what price you can sell, so that means any coin can be my interest. You can see trust messages in my profile about exchanges . my offer may not cheaper than ico price. For instance an ICO with ico price of 0.001 ETH can be released with price of 0.0018 ETH bid in etherdelta and may be I can give 0.002 ETH to you as quotation which is higher than you can find meantime 2x of ICO price. So I can say that it depends on coin situation. |

That way, both parties get a nice protection, we don't need to trust anyone, and we use a functionality of the Eth blockchain and smart contract.

That way, both parties get a nice protection, we don't need to trust anyone, and we use a functionality of the Eth blockchain and smart contract.
Oh and, you want WAVES shittokens too?
Using smart contracts or escrows is realy safe for both side but I this means additional cost and this means buying with lower price. Also my trade amounts is not huge one , they are in 5 - 10 USD average per trade. In case of some problem people can put negative trust with evidences under topics so this is the protection for now for my customers. Meantime trust in my profile and feedbacks under topics are the positive things to make some trade. MEantime sorry for waves you can find something around.
