Hello, I am looking for a gaming/mining rig. I am very new to the bitcoin scene and am looking to start mining. I want to be able to play games like battlefield 4 and mine while I sleep. I will be mining either btc, ltc or other altcoins. I have $600 to spend and I currently use a I5 Intel processor, 8gb ram and a radeon 6870 graphics card.
I need to buy myself a new power supply, graphics card and I don't know what to get

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

You should get 2x R9270X or if you have money R9 280X. There is no game that will not run smoothly on R9 270X Crossfire on max settings (1920x1080 with 4xAA). For 2160x1440(1600) with 4xAA you will need to have R9 280X crossfire for maximum performance. You can play games, and while you sleep or are not at home you can mine LTC.
