Just for testing, I tried to run bitaddress.org on iPhone/iPad. It worked fine at first, and generated a Private key with no problem. However, when trying to generate a BIP38 paper wallet, it just crashed. I know it's a 'hard' operation, but what's the real problem there? lack of memory? any bug? I don't get any crash report on iOS settings... But Mobile Safari just isn't able to handle the BIP38 operation.
Is there a way to work with bip38 under iOS? I know Apple IOS is a very 'closed' system, but just due to that fact, maybe being able to generate or decrypt BIP38 Paper Wallets in there could be safe enough (avoiding all the fresh-live-cd process for certain transactions)
