I received an email, but it ended up in the wrong folder, hence not reading it till a few minutes ago, then found this thread. I would have done this for free, for I have been asked many a times to do favors much more complicated than this and never asked for a dime nor even suggest to them to donate to some cause for my efforts, and will continue to do such. Yet, in spite of all that, some feel it prudent to have me on their ignore list, and I'm one of the good guys. Don't figure!
