Token ERC20 are like dollars or Euro or BTC ...etc...
we can trust them...but it is less sure about the people who held them...

I have yet to see an ERC20 token with actual use case. Most are just ICO tokens that immediately gets dumped once it is listed in exchanges and others are used to scam people. Better to trust coins with its own mainnet or has an actual product.

I'm not looking at this kind of generalization. The correct comparison occurs on a project-based basis. I trust the projects that have a good project and have a nice teamwork.

Ofcourse I do trust ERC20 tokens, however it is still depends on ERC20 if the team behind if the team is hard working there is a chance of the ERC20 token to pump, but if the team behind it is not good then there is no chance for it.

well. if they are scam projects it is not because of they are using ethereum blockchain. it is because their teams are scammers. there is nothing that ethereum can do for it. erc20 is a token standard of ethereum only. they can not control the ones that create tokens.

The infrastructure itself is tested and works without fatal crashes. And as for individual tokens, yes, I agree that horrible slag comes across, sometimes even spam tokens arrive.

You have a point that erc20 token must be a scam, its easy for them to purchase and ask for the money or make hype and sell everything in one dump. On the other hand some erc20 is a good invesment which you can buy at cheap and after a couple of news the price will climb faster. Listing in a top exchange can cause pump

On the off chance that I think there are some solid ERC20 tokens like dev aions are not kidding about their venture and yes a portion of the ERC20 tokens can be trick, since they just influence the tokens to get rich quicker by extortion or trick. in any case, If we need to purchase token ERC20 and sturdy simply make an exploration first before we get it.

Why not? It depends a lot on the team that is behind every token, you can not expect to trust on a shitcoin that does not even have a project behind, it is all a combo.

I think this is not the fault of erc20, but Dev (scammer) make smart contract in erc, they after making the Contract in ERC20, then make the token not working, or lose the price in exchange market.

There's a lots of things that needed to be considered in order to avoid such scammers, better to look for real usage of the project and see who's the team behind, its not about erc tokens but the developers and the team itself, if you will find time to research a little bit before investing then  you are still good to go using the system, it can be a good learning pattern for you to learn how to avoid those scam project after you already suffer this types of tokens, just keep moving forward and always take precautions.

So, we can ensure that the coins will last longer. This is clear how important is a product of an ICO to attract the investors and ensure the investors that they are real.
