Bitstamp scam? Users complaining for stealing 100k of euros

What is happening with Bitstamp? I am waiting several days for validation of an account - and checking they Facebook page - they have some serious issues now (people complains for everything - lack of validation, lack of support answers, lack or cancelling withdrawals).

Perhaps someone is in similar situation and has idea what to do?

Please stop throwing scam label just like that around. I highly doubt they woud scam anyone, after all people behind bitstamp are known - also present on this forum and always willing to answer questions. They make enough revenue with fees, so why would they scam anyone? Relax a little bit...and wait.
