I started mining few weeks ago. Looking to participate and pickup some old gear people might not be using or want to sell.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I have the same PSU but it will not supply power to just PCIe plugs.  I thought it needed to be plugged into a CPU.  How did you get yours to work?

They don't looks like ASIC to me.. don't tell me you are mining with GPU?
