Hi Guys I'm really stuck with Knc Miner, and going to take an European Lawyer, and we are looking to people who wants to join us to claim our money
Actually we are a company registrated in France, so we have lawyer support, we just need to get a group, we can join on skype together to claim our money
The situation is ridiculous, I can understand an issue if the btc was falling down when we asked for refund, but the btc was in good health at this moment, we only asked a refund, because the support of KncMiner was really bad to customers
They said Q2 of 2014, We not received any Neptunes from the 3 we ordered, and we still don't see our money back
The law is clear, if a customer pay for a product, the company must provide this product, or give the money back
We just sent more than 30 000$ for nothing ! That's incredible to wait more than 1 year for refund.
We made an order of 3 Neptunes so a Total price: $ 30,543.00

Hello Nabil,
As per our telephone conversation I can confirm that you will receive a refund for your Neptune order #19088 of 30,543 USD.
If the refund is not processed by the end of this month, you will receive an additional 10% on top of the entire value. So you will receive a refund of 33,597.30 USD.
