Setting up a pool

Hi,
My friends and I want to set up a mining pool that we can all mine on,
Would anyone know where I can find some guide/walkthroughs/tutorials on how to get this started?
Eventually we would like more people to join when we have a good base and consistent hashings
We all have a few 5GH and a few 50-60GH units ready
Any help would be much appreciated
