Withdrew on Monday @ 16:05ET
I guess I can't complain too much given the Bitcoin price has gone up, although I am very concerned that my coin is forever gone. I have sent them multiple support tickets and have received no response. Very frustrated. I will personally never use MtGox again

I found another forum article regarding MtGox issues.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=324918.160
Can't post yet to ask how the latest victims have fared. Sounds like a lot of upset people out there, I really hope this isn't the end of Gox and they're going to pull a 'Casper' and simply disappear with our Coin.

I am withdrawing BTC not fiat!!! This is seriously retarded, how can they not process my BITCOIN withdrawal. Any idea how long it takes average withdrawal to hit blockchain?

I just spam sent MtGox 43 support tickets. In the process of doing so, someone actually respond... guess they didn't appreciate me flooding their ticketing system.
Anyways, completely useless response, he/she is asking for my account details, withdrawal time/amount, etc, half of which I provided in my original email and the other half which they can look up in less than 10seconds. More stall tactics by Gox, *slow clap*

Now they'll claim how great their support is, even managed to get back to me after 48hrs! Woohoo for Gox.... not!

Anyone else have horror stories to share? Anger enjoys company  Smiley
