Is this going to be a  full relaunch or just a new thread? I remember reading about InsureX, didn't you make an ICO?

It is first right step after long time of opening official thread again to keep in touch with community. I also am holder of tokens for long time and was missing some channel on the forum. I hope community manager will keep this thread active because we will see lot of people coming in next days here.

I aim to utilise our bitcointalk account more often, I have been more active on our Telegram and Twitter page.

We did launch an ICO in July.

Sure.

Our platform is targeting brokers, insurers and reinsurers on a global scale who transact insurance products. We are offering powerful matching functionality and instant messaging to enable market participants to broaden their business network through growing their reach in multiple classes of insurance.

The matching is one of the key parts to our platform. We are basing our matching engine on a novel tree structure. The participant’s filters are parsed and then organised in a way that reduces repeated comparison (e.g. if a Submission satisfies one criteria of a filter, there is no need to re-compare the same criteria in other filters). The filter tree allows arbitrary numbers and types of criteria in a filter. It also self-organises dynamically, according to the created (and removed) filters — achieving scalability.

Our dev team is currently working towards completing Submission Messaging. Exchange of instant messages between market participants, and Submission (Request For Information). Formal way of requesting and returning additional information.

I see bright and rich future of iXledger being first active mover in insurance industry with usage of blockchain as European Union is showing will to open free way for insurance on this chain. I was reading somewhere news after that my excitement just went high as holder of these tokens.

I am wondering how iXledger can be an effective insurance firm when they don't have much money. What if something happens on one of their big client right away? Then iXledger has to pay then? But are they capable? Of maybe IXT will start on small time clients first?
