Is any good fast "bitcoin" transfers service available?

I saw that both inputs.io and Bitinstant are down for a while, is there still any reliable way to transfer a bitcoin in fast way (6 confirmations just take too long)? In general I'm looking for something that will allow me to accept/send a lot of transactions in acceptable time (up to 10 seconds). Security is of course a major factor for me.
